Trying to eat one salad per day as a meal

I believe that I love organic spring mix salad!  My fave!

I also like New York Bakery Texas Toast Cheese and Garlic croutons (baked for Marzetti Company).  These contain wheat and milk.  I could not find an affordable product on

  1. Last semester I tried this but I couldn’t stick to it. However, I started to eat a decently sized side salad with lunch and dinner everyday and I was able to keep that up for quite some time.


    1. Different strokes for different folks. Salads really aggravate some people. I met a family who had slaw at every meal but not a green salad. (Not instead of a traditional meal.)
