I am studying the blood-type diet

I have been intrigued with the ideas of a nutritionist who has linked certain characteristics of foods with blood types.  He has examined the historical movements of humankind and has made some correlation regarding blood-type origins and the kinds of foods we modern humans might also eat now to maximize our health.  Let’s talk about it!

  1. I looked into this subject more and it seems that most of that info is semi accurate; however, I have an A+ blood type and I don’t really like any of the foods in that category. Most of the other people agreed with their blood type diets so maybe it’s just me.
