One of my first thoughts after my skin began itching after sweating was to check my shampoo for offending chemicals. To be quite ruthless with the process, eliminating extra chemicals in my shampoo, conditioner, shampoo/body wash and household washing detergent became my mission. Replacement shampoo/body wash, conditioner and laundry washing machine detergent was the answer I needed!
