I could do this. I am growing some spring mix along with green leaf lettuce, which is my favorite. It’s firmer than red leaf or boston bibb lettuce but not as firm as romaine. It’s perfect for lettuce wraps 🙂

This sounds good! I’m not sure I could do without salad dressing but I’m sure it is very heart healthy.
